Easy peasy, just lower the shields down to something more manageable. That's kind of how is it. It relies on being the biggest gun, and shooting first.

  I used the numbers I did because in the CW series, the three Venator Star Destroyers were shooting at it quite a while without making any significant differance.

True, however it will be hard to play it legally. How could one play it without instantly turn the tide of the game. Perhaps we need a 6 star ranking? However (my memory is bad so) if we wanted to be story true you have to remind me how it was destroyed.

The Republic Y-Wing squadron bombed it and took out the superweapon. Then Anakin got on board to rescue Padme and instructed the ship to crash into a moon.
