While play testing the Redemption Scenario TMD had a question.  Say a TIE fighter was Player 2's last unit.  He used it to attack Red Squadron, Player 1's last unit.  Neither player has any cards in play to bring back units or prevent damage.  Both units kill each other.  Is the game a TIE?

Answer from official FAQ:

Q: What happens if both players lose their last unit at the same time?

A: If both players lose all units at the same time, the winner is the player with the most
objectives in play. If both players have the same number of objectives, the winner is the
attacking player.
